Today we decorated masks using the emotions wheel as our guide, choosing colours that reflected how we were really feeling.

We set one important rule: no saying “ok” or “alright.” Today, we challenged ourselves to dig a little deeper. And it worked beautifully.

We also played a blindfold game where one person led and the other gave directions. It reminded us how important it is to really listen when we can’t see where we’re going and just as important, how to lead when someone else is depending on you.
